Meet three people who fit. Then get back to leading.

You're a manager, not a recruiter. Writing the job description and sifting a pile of CVs that were polished and filtered on keywords along the way isn't your job. Tell us the need; we come back with three options that fit.

What usually arrives

Twenty CVs that look the same, polished and filtered on keywords by the MSP and procurement.

Your whole need

  • Goals
  • The team
  • What you hand over
  • Start date
  • Budget

Qualified with you

Three options that fit

Example profiles
  1. Option 1

Fits your goal: moved an insurer's warehouse to Databricks. Works best in small teams that own their data.

    • Free 3 Nov
    • Interested in this mission
    • Updated this week
  2. Option 2

Fits your team: built the dbt layer for a bank's risk team. Wants to coach juniors next.

    • Free 17 Nov
    • Interested in this mission
    • Updated this week
  3. Option 3

Fits what you hand over: has led three first platform builds. Next step: lead a platform team.

    • Free 1 Dec
    • Interested in this mission
    • Updated this week

+ Options 2 and 3, both free before your start

You mark interest They see the mission in full and decide Names shared at mutual interest

  • Three options that fit your whole need, not keywords
  • Verified: available at your start date, interested, up to date
  • Max €75 per day worked, visible to you and the consultant

You're a manager, not a recruiter

You know what you need. By the time it reaches you as a pile, the context is gone and only the keywords are left.

Kept Partly kept Lost An illustration, not a measurement.

  • Twenty CVs that look the same, because only the first twenty in are considered.
  • The CV you liked is "no longer available" by the time you ask to meet.
  • A job description copied from the last one, then patched until nobody recognises the role.
  • You may not talk to the firm, so nobody ever hears what you actually need.

And the people you're sold don't stay.Polished CVs set expectations nobody can meet. People leave early, and the pile starts again.

How a match works

Both sides give us their full context. We match on it. Then both sides decide, in the open.

You

  1. We qualify the need with youGoals, team, what you hand over, the date, the budget.
  2. Three options that fitEach with why it fits, written next to the profile.
  3. You mark interestAnonymised profiles. No chasing, no pile.

The consultant

  1. Shares their profile and requirementsIn their own words: way of working, context, next step, date.
  2. Verified, currentAvailability and requirements confirmed and kept up to date.
  3. Reviews your mission and decidesSees it in full, says yes or no.
It's mutualNames shared. You meet directly.

Only when you and the consultant both say yes.

Less recruiting. More leading.

We write the need with you

Goals, team, context and what you hand over. Or let us run the intake for you. One clear brief instead of a patched job description.

We read people, not keywords

Experience, way of working, the context someone thrives in and the step they want next. Nobody's CV is rewritten to fit.

A direct line

You talk to the person and to us. No chain between you and the consultant, no message lost on the way.

Plan ahead, not on the gap

Put up next quarter's need now. We propose people on the availability they shared and keep current, so you can meet someone, or even close, as of your date.

They stay because the deal is fair

The consultant keeps 100% of the rate and every indexation, sees our fee, and gets a raise if they stay three years. Fewer reasons to listen to the next recruiter.

A percentage grows with the rate. A flat fee doesn't.

For your own budget: one mission, an agency margin against our flat fee. The method is below the result.

Agency margin on this mission€16,000
Maveriq fee on this mission€6,000
Kept in your budget€10,000
How we calculate

Agency margin = day rate × margin × days. Maveriq fee = €75 × days (our maximum). Kept in budget = the difference. Agency margins in Belgium typically run 15 to 30% of the day rate and are rarely disclosed.

What managers tell us

“It helps me reclaim time. Less screening, more focus on actual conversations.”
Anouk R. · Product owner
“Having support to refine job descriptions saves time and avoids the usual copy paste effect. It makes the search more structured from the start.”
Nicolas V. · Head of digital projects
“What I appreciate is the focus on precision. Instead of reviewing dozens of CVs, I can concentrate on a small number that actually match the context.”
Sophie D. · HR business partner

Before you share a mission

We already have a framework with an MSP.
Keep it for volume. Use us for the senior Data roles where the framework sends you forty CVs, or where the right person has to start before the gap opens.
Everyone says "AI matching". What is different?
We start with a conversation about your need and about each consultant. Software helps us read and compare; people decide. The difference you will notice is who we propose and why, written next to each profile.
Can I plan for next quarter now?
Yes. Share the need with its start date. We propose people whose shared availability lines up with it, so you can meet them now and start, or close, as of that date. Who is available stays private until there is mutual interest.
What if none of the three fit?
Then we tell you why, refine the need with you and come back. You only pay for days worked.
When do we learn the consultant's name?
Profiles are anonymised until you and the consultant both say yes. Then you meet directly.
What does it cost?
One flat fee of maximum €75 per day worked, all-in: matching, contract, timesheets and invoicing. The consultant keeps their full rate and sees the fee. Example: they keep €800, you pay €875.

One mission. Three people.

Share one open or upcoming Data mission. We qualify it with you and come back with three people who fit, verified for your date.

Planning for next quarter?

Share the need now, with its start date. We propose people whose availability lines up with it, so you can meet them, or close, ahead of time.
